April 9, 2007 - Served a bit cooler than I like my Chardonnays and only drank a portion of the bottle before dinner. Pleasant wien. Clear, golden color. Fairly oaky, vanilla, butterscotch. Good wine. I'll revisit this evening and let warm up a bit.
