  July 3, 2013 - Yeasty citrusy nose. Lemony more than grapefruit. Dry, fresh, balanced acidity. Typical yeastier, heavier French style. Near floral quality with nice depth.
  
  Dines well with Claire de Fines oysters and sea trout with hollandaise sauce. (At Le Cafe Anglais in London. Fab QPR. 50 pounds a bottle on list.)
