  July 4, 2013 - Inky black/purple color with an enormous nose of sage, menthol, hot tar, and black cherry. Mouth coating black fruits, anise, and meat drippings. Endlessly juicy finish…young perfection. Paired with Lindy and Grundy pork chops marinated in white wine and an assemble of sweet spices.
