  July 15, 2013 - This needs a lot of air if opened now. This bottle showed most complexity on the second day. Dry, very sophisticated, very pure and elegant. At first there were only the taste of pure mineral and liquid stone and i thought it was a bit lean. After a lot of air, notes of peach, apples and flowers emerges and it shows great intensity and expression in the finish. This is a truly ultra elegant expression of Riesling and it needs more time.
