  April 23, 2007 - Personally I really liked this wine, but it might not be to everyones taste. Cavelike (musty, but in a good way) aroma on the nose with a lot of clove. Opened up to a more vegetal aroma. The flavor was a bit reminiscent of Mexican cocoa (where they mix spices with the chocolate) and changed to more strawberry flavors as it opened up. I got a bit of pickle juice when I tasted it the next day.
