  July 29, 2013 - Dark wine with moderate opacity. Really lovely cassis/cherry nose with something a bit waxy in there too, a bit of spice, some smoke. Great mouthfeel- super rich, low acidity, a bit of tannin, and great concentration, especially for the vintage. Nothing green or under-ripe about this. It finishes really well, no bite, no hard edges. I'm very pleased with this wine, it's a really pleasure to drink and is the type that would be appreciated by winos and non-winos alike.
