  August 3, 2013 - Golden straw colour. Instant bouquet of apple blossoms and peach, crispy clean on the nose with a hint of spice. Secondary notes of minerality can be detected. Smooth and crisp on palate, nice firm limestone minerality, delicious medium body, lined with a mildly sweet yet bitter citrusy grapefruit mouthfeel. Elegant and austere throughout with a well-rounded finish that is simple and clean. Overall a classy wine, exception for degustation.
