  August 4, 2013 - light straw-yellow colour
  wet hay, dry apricot & banana skin aromas upon uncorking. hardly any butter presence. Upon opening in the glass even white truffle hints show !!!
  full bodied, silky, smooth, rich, good acidity level, nice harmony, apricot & pineapple nectar flavours, pleasant medium length ending. Seems already mature. Quality for money wine, but lacks the classic Chardonnay minerality and tropical characteristics..
