  August 15, 2013 - Disgorged 12/12. Yeast, toast on the nose. More of the same on the creamy palate, quite a mousse. A little saline, steely. The bottle says 12%, but it seems a bit hot on the effervescent finish?
  
  My first experience with this wine, this has GC class, but for my taste I prefer the "lesser" Gimonet at a better price.
