  August 27, 2013 - Popped and poured. nice amber tone, great nose with a touch of petrol, some quince and peach. At first the acidity was almost too much. too zingy, which blew off after 20 minutes and the fruit came front and center.
  Re-bottled the 2nd half to see where it will go .. 1st of a 6 pack, but I see lots of time here.
