August 28, 2013 - Day1 - Ruby color with medium legs. Aromas of strawberry, caramel, wood, and clay soil, with strawberry flavor on the palate. The wine has a smooth texture, with medium body and a short-medium finish. Day5 - Ruby color with medium legs. Aromas of over-ripe strawberry and forest (hint of conifer?). Medium body, smooth texture, and short finish. Thrilled to have 2 more in the cellar.
