  September 7, 2013 - Just wow. Splash decanted - needs about a 2-hour decant to really get going. Inky dark purple in the glass, great aromas of roses, blackberries, and a little graphite that filled the room. On the palate, full complement of berry flavors, along with a floral element that adds secondary nuance. Just a stunning wine that flows on the mid-palate and finishs with some great minerality. One of the best wines of the night for me...great representation of California fruit!
