September 6, 2013 - A little musty and unfriendly on opening, but after an hour yielded a beautiful lemon, honey, and baking spice concoction. Perfect acidity, ripe citrus fruit still leads, with plenty of power on the palate. A gem. :: Matt's birthday, 9/6/2013
