  May 12, 2007 - Several hours open now, and had tasted briefly earlier in the day but did not care for. Trying again after some air. Not sure what I'm getting on the nose. Camphor? There's something on the taste that I can't describe. Not mediciny, but rather chemical. It's mellowed a lot since earlier in the day, but still wouldn't recommend. Minimal bite on the finish.
