  September 14, 2013 - Wine, ideally, is a celebratory beverage. It can enhance the best of occasions but for the worst of times it can also commemorate and honor something or someone. Dr. Fischer has now helped me do both. My wife and I shared bottles of this wine on our first date, at our wedding reception, and on anniversaries 1, 10 and 12. As it turned out, the 12th anniversary was our last. This bottle was drunk to remember and honor her on this, the day of her memorial service. A close friend, my wife's daughter and I raised a glass of "our" wine to her kind heart and loving spirit. We love and miss her. May she rest in peace.
