  September 26, 2013 - We opened two bottles and decanted 2 hours before drinking. On opening, they differed in acidity and fruit and the difference remained at 2 hours. There was a heavy deposit in both and I suspect that most of the tannins had deposited. Soft and fruity - grenache dominated - and certainly ready to drink now. I doubt if it will improve. Very pleasant with a meal.
