October 23, 2013 - Some Burgundy with Dinner (Boka - Chicago IL): Open ~ 2 hours before serving. Great fresh and powerful red and black fruit combination with sensational spice that doesn't show any pronounced new oak influence. Dense, meaty and powerful from start-to-finish, but with the structural elements also in good harmony. Second time I have had this wine this year. It is in a great place now and I'd expect it to be great for at least 5+ years, probably 10 years.

10/24/13, 10:59 PM - Memorial Wine Fan - that is a tough question to answer. It depends on price, what styles you prefer, how long you want to cellar, etc.
