  October 31, 2013 - This one needs a while. Was so tight at opening that it felt like if drew all the moisture out of my mouth. After about an hour, finally started to get some vanilla flavor followed by berry and cedar. I'd let this one set for a while or decant at least an hour before drinking. Once opened, was a nice wine. Another solid wine from Hall.
