  November 2, 2013 - Decanted two hours and returned to the bottle for 4 hours. Should have given it three hours, but it was a fine showing none the less. Highlights were a medicinal herbal component much like a fine Amaro and a rich savory earthiness that hinted on Tahini sauce. It was still changing in the bottle up to the last glass. Magical.
