  November 11, 2013 - This was my first Ceritas Chardonnay and was a nice experience. For me this wine changes the definition of California Chardonnay for the better. In fact, I would say that this was very similar in style to a good Chablis. It had flavors of lemon, lime, crushed rocks, cream, and some spices. Overall this was a very fresh and lively bottle. I am glad I have a couple more.
