  November 26, 2013 - Rum is where my heart is and when compared to all the others (most more than double the original price) this was the best you could have. Only slightly lighter than it's older brother (Cask 23), Nose full of Burnt Butterscotch/Caramel, with a soft yet heavy palate of caramel, orange, toffee and vanilla. The depth and length of the finish is what sets this apart, You will only find a longer finish in the high end Zacapa's >23yr.
  
  Please do not confuse this with Pyrat XO Reserve.
