  November 28, 2013 - Developed nose of forest floor mushrooms, smoke and cracked pepper with a moderate dose of perfectly ripe cherries with a touch of mocha. The palate matches the forest and dried cherry notes with smooth soft liquorice , truffle and spice. Still developing but a great drink now candidate, Will soften out yet and bring out even more desired characteristics in years to come.
