  November 28, 2013 - With Thanksgiving dinner. Really liked by everyone, but I thought a bit soft and lacking zing and focus. Very good to be sure, but not outstanding. Definitely a ringer for a German Riesling, which is good. I guess this btl was in the same ilk as the lesser of Seth's btls (mine came from the same purchase).

  12/1/13, 3:07 PM - To tell you the truth, Seth, 88 pts might be generous. It was tasty, but kinda flabby and, again, lacking energy. People did like it a lot, though - and most were non wine-drinkers whose opinion of Riesling, in general, is "sweet and not very good".
