  November 30, 2013 - The Twelfth Annual Stonefields Dinner (Guelph, ON, Canada): Bright and fresh with tart citrus fruit and minerals. The palate showed razor sharp acidity with flavours of white flowers, minerals and lime and had a medium finish with tart white citrus fruit and minerals. There is a bit of unintegrated alcohol that lingers but is not too obtrusive. This is a great aperitif sparkler.
