  December 10, 2013 - This is a classic Chateauneuf of all 13 cepages. I do not think you need all 13 to make a good ChdP but my conviction is Grenache needs something added to make the sum become a better than an avarage wine and become complex. So here is freshness, balance and complexity despite 14,5 alc.
