  December 13, 2013 - Showing it's age. Brownish hue in color. Initially at opening, a little stinky but blew off after decanting for 15 minutes. Lovely rose petals and tar on the nose. Medium body with tangy licorice flavors. I don't think there is anymore upside to aging them. I plan to drink my other two bottles in the next 6-12 months.
  
  Went really well with my homemade spaghetti meat marinara.
