  December 16, 2013 - One bottle strongly corked, the other showing very well. Buttery oak and slightly unripe pear on the nose. Medium-high acid on palate - very refreshing. Quite some tannins from oak. Quite oaky but very delicious, full and long. Just a touch hot on the finish. Smashing stuff. $28. 13.5%

  12/16/13, 2:45 PM - The 2012 is pretty oaky. More so than I remember the 2011 being, which I agree is a really gorgeous wine. The 2012 is still really good though.
