  December 17, 2013 - Saca de Octubre 2010, from a "Vertical" of different sacas.
  Developed beautifully. A hint of maderisation (marron glacé, quince) both on the nose and palate, with a little air it goes under the wine.
  Relatively fat, slightly heavy at first, regains freshness and vibrancy on the glass. Notes of thyme and oregano on top of fresh dough. With time, curry.
