  December 18, 2013 - Decanted for 30 minutes and then drank with beef chili. Dark red color. On nose, raspberry, red licorice & baking spice. Similar palate with silky, glycerin mouthfeel. Medium to full bodied but high acidity (low ph) provided balance and medium+ finish. 92-93 Excellent value and would buy again. Very fruit primary now but delicious.
