  December 19, 2013 - This Bordeaux-style blend from Washington is mostly Merlot and Cab Franc with some Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec to round out the offering. A nice balance of red and black fruit dusted with smokey chocolate and a bit of spice. The tannins are subtle and there is a bit of astringency on the finish (presumably from the Cab Franc). This should improve with a few years in the cellar.
