Classic Otago mix of brightness and earth. Sweetly-fruited, with gentle gritty tannins. Blossoms like a flower on the palate. The sweetness of the fruit flavours is surprisingly contrasted with a very dry and quite austere finish. Medium-bodied. Very good but needs some time to mature.
