December 27, 2013 - Medium-bodied, silky and well integrated. Nose is earthy with hints of raspberry jam. After some time in the glass this opens into expressions of cherry and blackcurrant, accented by tobacco, licorice and a touch of herbs. Tannins are firm but in balance, and the finish is medium to medium long.
