  December 28, 2013 - Initially completely spoiled overall impression by a weird and unpleasant finish w notes of gelatin, synthetic citrus and detergent (!) - and I did not wash the glass w anything perfumed, and actually rinsed it w running water before tasting. Airing in the glass makes most of the troublesome aromas disappear and you're left w a decent champagne, lots of yellow and red apples, some red grapefruit and a little mineral. Acidity is not pronounced, mousse notthing remarkable but mouthfeel still nice enough. Pretty dull, but not bad.
