  December 27, 2013 - Not sure if this bottle was faulty or damaged, I expected more from this wine: Tight, spicy, and overly hot. Unpleasant cooked fruit character, and prickly acidity on the palate. A big wine, but not pleasant. It's possible this bottle was temperature damaged. I have one more of these and will let it rest for another year or two before trying again. Disappointed.
