  January 4, 2014 - Drinking very well right now. Rich and rather savory for a Merlot, this has a pleasing palate of smokey molasses, black cherry and vanilla oak. Noticeable bricking on this 10 year-old Merlot, but the tannins are still firm and the finish is surprisingly long. This still has some good life left.
