    January 4, 2014 - Decanted an hour and a half. Still closed for the most part. Celery root, figs and fennel on the nose. Complex and long. Seamless with perfect balance that all comes together nicely. This explodes with flavour in the mouth. Silky with integrated tannins. Will age for a long time, and only improve.
