  January 4, 2014 - Oakey aromas; don't serve too cold; when it warms up a bit it has nice aroma. Here are the notes from Cass:
  The richer of our white wines, the 2010 Rockin' One Blanc displays it's oak-aged profile, with creamy toasty notes of butterscotch and honey, tightly knit with peach and ripe apple aromas are complimented by brighter notes of lemon and lime, with a finish that screams of fresh, honey-glazed baklava.
