  January 12, 2014 - Day 1: A tannic beast. Lot's of flavor, but the tannins are just too much for me as they block out any subtlety or complexity. Day 2: a third of the bottle corked and left on kitchen countertop. Tannins have been tamed and the wine is much more balanced and enjoyable. My one and only bottle, but if I had more I'd leave them alone for 2-3 years
