January 15, 2014 - We had the last bottle 2 1/2 years ago (see note). Oh boy has this wine changed. It is a true pleasure now. A real bourgogne with a pleasant smell of stable. It is ready to drink and will probably drink well the next 3 years. Just enjoy.
