  January 21, 2014 - Much more convincing than the prior bottle, which was no doubt opened too soon after shipping. Pronounced aromas, tart citrus, juicy acidity, all integrating into a satisfying mouthful. My only quibble is that pesky wax capsule. . .

  2/13/14, 8:41 PM - I find that the wax capsules are best removed by melting them over a candle's flame - and then followed by a cold water quench so the bottle doesn't stay hot for long.
