  February 2, 2014 - The wine is young, but it is drinking really good. Nose of lemons and stone. Balanced, crisp palate. The minerality comes shining through on the palate....it's as though I'm tasting the limestone. Wonderful citrus on the palate. The wine surprisingly paired really nicely with a spicy shrimp boil.
