  February 3, 2014 - Poured into a decanter to pair with Lasagne. Nice Bordeaux blend with a fairly heavy extract fruit presence on the nose and palate. Not quite sure how this is evolving, the tannins are present but more integrated than previous. Got a few more bottles and need to give it a while to try the next one. As things stand probably a bit expensive for the quality of the wine.
