  February 4, 2014 - Grapefruit, lemon grass, green apple, crushed stone like minerality, some yeaty/sulfuric muggy cloud that young Prüm-wines often have. Light body, texturally transparent, crystal-clear. Savourful, crispy attack, structurally dense midpalate, precise, vibrant acidity, long finish. Perfect balance even in its youth.
