February 9, 2014 - We shared this wine with friends at a wine auction fundraising event and it was one of the stars of the show. Sadly, we did not have a decanter, and it was a Magnum, but even straight from the bottle it was fabulous. Had it been decanted I am sure it would have benefited. With time in the glass it blossomed with bright fruits and an earthen dank ness. In the mouth it was velvety smooth juice.

2/9/14, 2:52 PM - Thanks for you note. I am opening a magnum this coming Tuesday for a dinner party. Bought from winebid and the bottles is pristine. I will decant for an hour and check. Hope ours drinks as lovely as yours!
