  NOSE: clean; medium+ intensity; flavours: toasty, brioche (autolytic elements), red apple, lemon, green apple; fully developed
  PALATE: off-dry; high acidity; medium body; medium alcohol; creamy persistant mousse, medium+ finish; medium+ flavour intensity; flavour characteristics: as per nose: lemon, green apple, buttery, toasty, brioche character
  READINESS FOR DRINKING: Drink now, not intended for further ageing
  FURTHER REMARKS: very nice blanc des noirs, with good concentration and a fine balance between alcohol, acidity and fruits. A bit more concentrated and down to earth than the blanc des blancs. Very good!
