  March 20, 2014 - I was extremely impressed with how this little wine was showing.
  
  Clear medium gold in the glass - the stelvin top seems to have done it's job beautifully. Shockingly fresh nose with tons of lemon custard and chalk notes. Riper fruit were in the background along with notes of coconut milk, butter, vanilla yoghurt and bees wax. The palate was leaning towards yellow apple and pear with great balancing acidity. This is a textured wine, great palate weight. Well integrated, reserved alcohol as well.
  
  Seriously impressed. Probably has a year or two of life left in it but I'd rather drink it now.
