  March 26, 2014 - it must be past its prime. it's still tasty and easy drinking, but would come at a much lower cost for the complexity i'm experiencing.
  
  flavors definitely developed over 2 hours. now getting red currant, cassis, licorice, anise hints due to strong alcohol. no oak left. jammy. nice in the mouth however.
