April 6, 2014 - 2014 Rhone Rangers Grand Tasting: Pale yellow gold color with restrained peach, melon, and honeysuckle aromas. On the palate, it approaches medium-bodied, is well structured and fresh with an alluring creamy texture. It shows peach, apricot, spice and a hint of tropical flavors. Blend of 50% Roussanne, 35% Marsanne, 10% Viognier and 5% Grenache Blanc. Aged 4-8 months in neutral oak, 4 months on lees. 13.8% alcohol. 105 cases produced. SRP = $28. Serve between 50-55 to maximize enjoyment of aromas and flavors.
