  April 7, 2014 - Deep maroon color. Medium body. Plenty of ripe, juicy plum and blueberry fruit, as well as some black pepper and dusty earth. Tasty right from the bottle, though a little dense and chunky; but after ninety minutes of air it becomes very supple, even elegant. Overall, a very good quality wine, with a firm structure and a refreshing acidity. It should keep, perhaps even improve, for years.
