  April 14, 2014 - Our first Montevertine. Having read a lot about what to expect, I was still a little surprised at the low level of flavor intensity. Light color with hints of brown at the edge. Seemed well balanced with the right amount of acidity but I just didn't find a lot of flavor or fruit intensity. Bottle seemed in good condition but have to believe that something was off.
